If you fail to pick up your parcel from the Royal Mail Collection Office, or your parcel is returned to us due to a mistake in the address provided, you will be charged for redelivery at the cheapest delivery rate outlined above.
Next Day deliveries are sent via DPD courier and are carbon neutral. If you leave a mobile number with your order, you’ll get a text on the morning of your delivery with an expected time of arrival. If it’s not suitable, you can text back to arrange for the parcel to be delivered another day.
If you refuse a Next Day delivery parcel or fail to be available for delivery of your Next Day parcel on multiple occasions, your parcel will be returned to us via our courier and you may be charged a fee of up to £10, which will be removed from the amount refunded to you.
Stock permitting, on business days all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by mistakes made in the address provided to us. If you require delivery to a PO Box please contact us directly to arrange .
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to outside the EU may be subject to taxes and import duty, which will be your responsibility to pay.
RETURNS
If you would like to return your items, that's no problem. You can do so within 14 working days from purchase for a full refund or exchange, so long as the items are unworn and still have all their packaging and any tags attached. Returns made after 14 days can only be exchanged for store credit.
To return your items, please send them to the address below with a note stating whether you would like an Exchange or a Refund. If you would like an Exchange, let us know what you would like instead.

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you will need to pay for the return of goods back to us.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage and use recorded delivery. Sadly, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
