- 1st Class Recorded (Normally 1-2 Working Days): £7.50 FRIDAY 16 DECEMBER
- UK Next Day Guaranteed (If ordered before 12pm): £10.00 WEDNESDAY 21 DECEMBER
- UK Saturday Delivery Guaranteed (If ordered before 12pm on Friday): £15.00 FRI 16 DECEMBER

NORMAL POSTING POLICY:
2nd Class Recorded (Normally 2-5 Working Days): FREE POSTAGE
1st Class Recorded (Normally 1-2 Working Days): £7.50
UK Next Working Day (If ordered before 12pm): £10.00
UK Saturday Delivery Guaranteed by Royal Mail (If ordered before 11am on Friday): £15.00
EU (Normally 5-7 Working Days): £12.50 per item
World Flat Rate (usually takes 7-9 days): £12.50 per item.
Dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and while most of the time are accurate, orders can sometimes take a little longer. 1st Class, 2nd Class and Saturday UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail’s signed for service. If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, it will be taken to your local collection office where it will be held for 1 week before being sent back to our warehouse.
If you fail to pick up your parcel from the Royal Mail Collection Office, or your parcel is returned to us due to a mistake in the address provided, you will be charged for redelivery at the cheapest delivery rate outlined above.
Next Day deliveries are sent via InterLink Express courier and are carbon neutral. If you leave a mobile number with your order, you’ll get a text on the morning of your delivery with an expected time of arrival. If it’s not suitable, you can text back to arrange for the parcel to be delivered another day.
If you refuse a Next Day delivery parcel or fail to be available for delivery of your Next Day parcel on multiple occasions, your parcel will be returned to us via our courier and you may be charged a fee of up to £10, which will be removed from the amount refunded to you.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatch within 24 hours of being accepted. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by mistakes made in the address provided to us. If you require delivery to a PO Box please contact us directly to arrange .
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries to outside the UK may be subject to taxes and import duty, which will be your responsibility to pay.
